Systems Operations Specialist

Nylas is looking for a Systems Operations Specialist to optimize operational systems across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Product. The role involves troubleshooting, improving workflows, and leveraging automation tools to enhance efficiency as the company scales.

Central Operations

What you'll do

• Support and maintain go-to-market systems, including HubSpot and Vitally
• Build and troubleshoot workflows and automations
• Investigate and resolve system issues
• Partner with various departments to improve operations
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards
• Perform data cleanup and enhance CRM hygiene
• Document operational processes
• Identify automation opportunities

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in business systems or operations
• Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce
• Ability to create workflows and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of data quality between applications
• Excellent organizational skills
• Effective communication with stakeholders
• Curiosity for new tools and technologies

Nice to have

• Experience with Vitally or other Customer Success platforms
• Experience with workflow automation tools
• Familiarity with APIs and low-code automation
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows
• Knowledge of reporting tools like Tableau
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Experience in SaaS organizations
