TA Operations Associate

About this role

Support global talent acquisition operations, including interview coordination, executive hiring logistics, pre-boarding, background checks, and new-hire setup. This is a six-month fixed-term role supporting US time zones, with occasional early or late hours to coordinate across regions.

People and Talent Acquisition, reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Operations.

Stack

What you'll do

• Coordinate interviews and hiring logistics for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and executive assistants across regions.
• Manage global pre-boarding, including background-check coordination, progress tracking, and early escalation of start-date risks.
• Maintain accurate candidate and hiring records in Ashby and Workday.
• Coordinate the transition from offer acceptance through the new hire’s first day.
• Apply hiring policies consistently and escalate exceptions.

What we're looking for

• At least 4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, HR operations, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Workday or a comparable HRIS and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Experience coordinating pre-boarding or onboarding and background checks.
• Working knowledge of background-check requirements across multiple countries or regions.
• Strong calendar coordination, communication, prioritization, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate across time zones and accommodate flexible hours as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ashby.
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or another regulated industry.
