What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical EMEA roles.
- Source and engage qualified active and passive candidates using direct outreach and AI-powered tools.
- Advise hiring managers on talent availability, salary benchmarks, market trends, and sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate multiple requisitions and maintain timely candidate and stakeholder communication.
- Use recruitment data and conversion metrics to improve time-to-hire and hiring practices.
- Promote inclusive sourcing and fair evaluation.
What we're looking for
- At least three years of talent acquisition experience recruiting technical and non-technical roles, ideally across EMEA.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Practical experience with ATS platforms and Google Workspace.
- Proficiency with AI-powered recruitment tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English, with meticulous attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience in HR-tech, SaaS, or the Employer of Record sector.
- Knowledge of international labor markets, compensation standards, and remote-first candidate preferences.
