What you'll do

• Define the product roadmap for the capability framework
• Co-create and deliver blended learning experiences
• Establish strategic vision for core enablement programs
• Own the architectural design for modular content
• Collaborate with HR and executive stakeholders to analyze skill data
• Partner with People Technology teams to write requirements for the capability engine
• Proactively diagnose emerging capability needs with business leaders

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Development or related fields
• Ability to establish vision and guide strategic policy development
• Strong strategic judgment and cross-functional fluency
• Expertise in technical instructional design and modular architecture
• Experience leveraging AI and automation in learning design
• Exceptional relationship management skills
• Ability to design and integrate content across various platforms
• Experience in data tracking for learning efficacy

Nice to have

• Experience with generative AI in content production
• Proven experience with A/B testing and rapid prototyping
