What you'll do
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to design and execute hiring strategies
- Research talent markets and communicate competitive intelligence and industry trends
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines across a range of disciplines
- Source candidates through social media, databases, job boards, networking, and web searches
- Use data to inform sourcing decisions and improve processes
- Represent Payward and Kraken in the talent market
- Contribute to research projects and improvements to hiring infrastructure
What we're looking for
- Track record sourcing talent for fast-growing, high-bar technology or product businesses
- Strong Boolean and X-ray search skills
- Ability to translate hiring needs into effective sourcing strategies
- Fintech or crypto understanding and ability to produce market intelligence
- High agency, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity in a remote, async environment
- Strong product sense and collaborative approach
