What you'll do
- Lead and mentor the Ramp Travel engineering team (~6 engineers)
- Own delivery across travel management surfaces
- Ensure reliability of systems dependent on third parties
- Partner with Product, Design, Ops, Partnerships, and Sales
- Set AI-assisted development practices
- Hire additional team members as expected
What we're looking for
- 2+ years managing engineers (team size 5-15)
- High levels of ownership and problem-solving ability
- Experience building and scaling products
- Willing to be hands-on
- Technical proficiency for design reviews
- Strong product judgment and customer interaction experience
- Experience with transactional systems with external dependencies
