What you'll do
- Act as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers throughout their adoption journey.
- Create and guide tailored technical adoption plans.
- Provide technical advice and best practices from onboarding through ongoing operations.
- Conduct platform and solution health checks, manage escalations, and advocate for customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to drive customer outcomes.
- Travel to customer sites as needed, up to 50% during busy periods.
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years in technical account management or a comparable enterprise software role.
- Hands-on experience with a high-level programming language such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Understanding of modern solution architectures and DevOps, especially Kubernetes.
- Able to explain complex technical issues to business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong strategic problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
Nice to have
- Experience in enterprise automation, BPM, process orchestration, or RPA.
- Cloud or Kubernetes certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CKAD, or CKA.
- Familiarity with Camunda products.
