What you'll do
- Own engagement plans, statements of work, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria
- Lead technical discovery, workflow mapping, MVP scoping, and solution architecture discussions
- Coordinate engineering delivery across Anthropic and customer teams, managing priorities and risks
- Own requirements, product scope, backlog prioritization, and change management
- Manage customer and executive stakeholder relationships throughout delivery
- Define KPIs and measure deployment impact and ROI
- Create reusable solution patterns, evaluation frameworks, and technical playbooks
- Navigate enterprise security, legal, procurement, compliance, and regulatory processes
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership
- Experience delivering AI, ML, or LLM-based agentic solutions into production
- Ability to lead architecture discussions and evaluate technical trade-offs
- Track record delivering complex, high-stakes enterprise technical projects
- Executive presence and confidence representing the company to senior leaders
- Comfort working in ambiguity and building new functions
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services, healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals
- Background in Forward Deployed Engineering, professional services, or consulting
- Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations
- Experience with regulated industries and compliance requirements
- Experience managing delivery teams with engineers embedded at customer sites
- Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, tool-use patterns, and orchestration architectures
