What you'll do

What we're looking for

- Experience working in AI safety and strong alignment with the mission
- Familiarity with how frontier AI systems are trained, evaluated, and deployed
- Ability to deliver accurate, polished work under tight deadlines

- Sound judgment regarding legal, policy, and reputational considerations
- Comfort taking ownership in a fast-moving environment
