Technical Integration Specialist (EMEA)

About this role

Provide first-level technical support to ecommerce customers integrating their websites and mobile apps with Constructor’s search and discovery platform. Guide onboarding, API and library usage, catalog configuration, and troubleshooting while helping improve integration documentation and processes.

What you'll do

• Support customers through technical onboarding and platform integration
• Explain how to integrate Constructor APIs and use open-source libraries
• Troubleshoot integration issues alongside Customer Success teams
• Help configure product catalogs, facets, searchability, sort orders, and results
• Communicate customer issues to technical teams and document common solutions

What we're looking for

• Experience in customer support or technical support
• Knowledge of REST web services, APIs, and integration best practices
• Strong communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive in problem-solving

Nice to have

• Familiarity with JSON, CSV, and search or indexing concepts
• Experience with browser developer tools, API clients such as Postman, or logs
• Understanding of A/B testing, client-side and server-side contexts, HTTP, and request routing
• Familiarity with open-source libraries, JavaScript applications, and integration patterns
