What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of technology partners from sourcing to growth.
• Identify and size partnership opportunities based on merchant needs.
• Lead technical discovery and scoping of integrations.
• Translate partner opportunities into actionable specs for Product.
• Collaborate with Marketing for co-marketing and joint initiatives.
• Support Sales and Solutions teams in selling integrations.
• Act as a point of escalation for technical partner issues.
• Establish frameworks for partnership operations.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years in a relevant partnership or technical role.
• Proficient in understanding API documentation and data flows.
• Experience in the eCommerce or martech fields, especially with Shopify.
• Strong writing skills for documentation and specifications.
• Record of influencing product roadmaps.
• Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.
• Experience with CRM and partner management systems.

• Knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem.
