What you'll do

• Translate the Product Manager's roadmap into integrated program plans
• Manage execution of the Internal AI Tooling roadmap across teams
• Operationalize a transparent intake process for requests
• Facilitate planning and execution cadences
• Maintain an integrated view of dependencies and risks
• Coordinate security and procurement milestones
• Ensure proper acceptance criteria and operational processes
• Partner with stakeholders to define measurable outcomes

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of technical program management experience
• Experience leading complex programs across multiple domains
• Track record of translating product roadmaps into actionable plans
• Technical fluency in APIs and software-delivery lifecycles
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Nice to have

• Experience in delivering internal AI tooling
• Familiarity with responsible AI and compliance frameworks
• Experience with change management and enterprise adoption
