Technical Program Manager

About this role

Lead customer-facing SaaS implementation programs for Federato’s AI-native insurance platform. Coordinate cross-functional delivery from discovery and design through testing, launch, and post-implementation, while improving execution through metrics, process improvements, and automation.

What you'll do

• Lead teams delivering customer implementations on time and with quality
• Own project plans and communicate program status, issues, and risks
• Define and track program metrics and quality and performance indicators
• Coordinate technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation work
• Improve processes across teams and reduce manual work through automation
• Identify product improvements and communicate them to product and engineering leaders

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of technical product or program management experience
• Experience owning SaaS implementation or delivery
• Experience discovering user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope
• Strong project management experience leading B2B SaaS implementations
• Ability to work autonomously across teams and demonstrate critical thinking
• Experience defining processes and coordinating multidisciplinary teams and partners
• Analytical and problem-solving experience with complex systems and processes
