What you'll do
- Own implementation plans, milestones, dependencies, and timelines for enterprise engagements
- Serve as the client’s primary integration contact and communicate proactively
- Track client-specific feature requests through resolution
- Set RACI, roles, and communication cadences for each engagement
- Coordinate Engineering, Product, Integrations, and client stakeholders
- Maintain project artifacts and report slippage, risks, and capacity needs
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of technical program or project management experience, including enterprise implementations
- Experience with enterprise governance, RACI, and milestone-based reporting
- Background in fintech, payments, fraud, risk, or compliance, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Ability to discuss technical dependencies and tradeoffs with Engineering and Product
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple high-stakes engagements
