What you'll do
- Drive concurrent internal engineering initiatives and external cross-functional programs from planning through delivery
- Set priorities, success criteria, and program communications with partners
- Design and run planning cycles, goal-setting, roadmap reviews, leadership syncs, and business reviews
- Coordinate teams, drive decisions and follow-through, and align resource investments with company priorities
- Prepare executive updates, decision documents, and summaries
- Track progress, surface risks, and unblock work
- Lead ambiguous, high-priority special projects from problem definition to outcome
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of technical program management experience or equivalent technical or operational experience
- Track record delivering multiple complex cross-functional programs
- Strong technical fluency and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-ready materials
- Strategic judgment, prioritization, and experience managing ambiguity
- Experience designing and running organizational operating rhythms
- Builder mentality and an automation-first approach
