What you'll do
- Manage priority-account reviews and escalation cadence with leadership and Sales.
- Coordinate handoffs and operating agreements across FDE, Solutions Architecture, Sales, Product, Engineering, capacity, and on-call teams.
- Drive cross-team customer programs, including capacity rollouts, cluster migrations, and launches.
- Identify and reduce engineering toil while protecting time for platform improvements.
- Build and report metrics covering account health, response times, workload, and team health.
- Support team scaling through onboarding, certification, workload balancing, runbook coverage, and hiring operations.
- Track dependencies and risks, and communicate clear status updates to technical teams and executives.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years as a TPM, or as an engineer turned TPM, on infrastructure, cloud, or customer-facing technical programs.
- Technical familiarity with ML infrastructure, Kubernetes, GPUs, and distributed systems.
- Experience driving programs across multiple teams without formal authority.
- Able to bring structure to escalations and communicate clearly with engineers and executives.
- High ownership and a focus on improving processes.
Nice to have
- Experience with LLM inference.
- Experience in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Background in solutions engineering, SRE, or forward-deployed teams.
