Technical Program Manager, SOX Compliance

What you'll do

• Own the technology side of the SOX program end-to-end
• Design and roll out IT general controls and application controls
• Automate evidence collection and control testing using Claude
• Lead large SOX projects with clear success criteria
• Evaluate new products for SOX impact before they ship
• Build relationships with engineering control owners
• Investigate control failures and drive fixes
• Build metrics and dashboards on control health

What we're looking for

• 7+ years in technical program management or IT audit
• Experience with SOX programs at public or pre-IPO companies
• Deep understanding of IT general controls and application controls
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and engineering workflows
• Ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical audiences

Nice to have

• Background in software, systems, or security engineering
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code or AI tools
• Experience with automated controls in financial systems
• Familiarity with other security frameworks like NIST or ISO 27001
