What you'll do
- Manage multiple customer implementations end to end, including new-customer onboarding and additional-product rollouts.
- Coordinate internal teams, customers, and partners against a shared plan and hold contributors accountable.
- Lead customer communications, track milestones and dependencies, and manage risks and scope changes.
- Ensure effective handoffs from Sales into implementation and from implementation to Customer Success and Support.
- Maintain implementation plans and portfolio reporting, and develop scalable processes and automation.
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of technical or onboarding project management experience, ideally in SaaS.
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end delivery and ability to influence cross-functional contributors.
- Strong organization and communication skills; able to manage several implementations in parallel.
- Confidence leading customer kickoffs, setting expectations, and aligning stakeholders through go-live.
- Able to prioritize competing demands and maintain clarity amid ambiguity.
Nice to have
- Technical fluency to guide integration specialists and translate between technical and business stakeholders.
- Exposure to ecommerce, product discovery, LLMs, catalog data feeds, integrations, or APIs.
- Experience coordinating implementations across internal teams, customers, and third-party partners.
