- Partner with Engineering leadership to define success profiles
- Build outbound pipelines into infrastructure and cloud companies
- Spot high-trajectory engineers
- Run a structured interview process
- Manage the closing process and candidate engagement
- Enhance the referral program
- Track pipeline health and conversion
What we're looking for
- 5+ years recruiting engineers with a successful track record
- Strong sourcing instincts
- Technical fluency in distributed systems and databases
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments
