- Experience sourcing senior, staff, or principal engineers and engineering managers in competitive markets.
- Ability to understand complex engineering roles and translate requirements into sourcing signals.
- Advanced Boolean, X-ray, GitHub/repository, and other creative sourcing skills.
- Experience with SeekOut, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Greenhouse, and AI tools.
- Expertise in market mapping, talent-pool analysis, and data-backed hiring insights.
- Strong stakeholder communication, pipeline management, and sourcing-metrics skills.
- Track record sourcing developers, full-stack engineers, and feature-development talent.
