Technical Support Engineer - Deliverability

Iterable is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide specialized technical support for its AI customer engagement platform. The role involves troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating with various teams, and enhancing internal tools to improve efficiency and customer experience.

What you'll do

• Become a subject matter expert on the Iterable platform.
• Serve as an internal escalation point for high-complexity support issues.
• Query databases to troubleshoot issues and provide data insights.
• Collaborate with Engineering on API integrations and custom tooling.
• Analyze support trends and improve tooling.
• Develop internal dashboards and automation scripts.
• Document findings for the team's knowledge base.

What we're looking for

• 1-3 years of experience in a technical support engineering role.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages.
• Strong understanding of APIs and debugging tools.
• Familiarity with front-end web technologies.
• Working knowledge of DNS and email deliverability concepts.
• Passion for improving operational efficiency.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL.
• Experience with Elasticsearch or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with email, push, and SMS platforms.
• Familiarity with support case management platforms.
• Experience with APM tools.
