What you'll do

• Provide high-quality support via email, chat, and video
• Diagnose complex technical issues
• Investigate multi-system debugging
• Advise on customer-built automations
• Support AI-powered workflows
• Act as primary technical contact for APAC
• Surface recurring issues and product feedback
• Contribute to process and knowledge improvement

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in a technical support or SaaS role
• Experience troubleshooting APIs and integrations
• Familiarity with automation tools
• Curiosity about AI and modern tooling
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer empathy and problem-solving skills
• Independent operation in fast-paced environments
• Collaborative mindset with cross-team interactions
