What you'll do
- Lead translation of transformation vision into requirements for AI PMs and engineers
- Build and maintain the enterprise capability map
- Run the transformation intake and prioritization process
- Define solution paths for prioritized transformations
- Own the measurement layer for transformation
- Drive role redesign and change management
- Lead company-wide AI initiatives end-to-end
What we're looking for
- Five or more years in investment banking or top-tier management consulting
- Demonstrated first-principles thinking
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Hands-on AI fluency
- Cross-functional operator instincts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Bias for action and high tolerance for ambiguity
