What you'll do
- Manage daily funding and settlement for payment channels and buffers
- Reconcile balances and transactions across banks, card schemes, processors, and custodians
- Maintain client-money safeguarding and complete related reporting accurately and on time
- Design funds flows for new products, markets, and partners with product and engineering teams
- Lead escalation and resolution of payment incidents, and prevent recurrence
- Document operational processes and automate manual work
What we're looking for
- Experience in treasury operations, payment operations, or reconciliation at a bank or payment/e-money institution
- Hands-on knowledge of payment rails such as SEPA, SWIFT, and card schemes
- Experience handling payment incidents with external providers and internal teams
- Experience designing or rebuilding funds flows, including accounts, postings, safeguarding, and reconciliation
- Ability to document and automate operational processes in partnership with engineers
- Strong understanding of segregation of duties and audit readiness
- Fluent English
