What you'll do
- Manage daily funding of payment channels and buffers, including around-the-clock operations.
- Reconcile balances and transactions across banks, card schemes, processors, and custodians.
- Maintain safeguarding controls and ensure accurate, timely regulatory and scheme reporting.
- Design funds flows for new products, markets, and partners, including accounts, postings, safeguarding, and failure handling.
- Lead resolution of payment incidents and build processes to prevent recurrence.
- Document operations, reduce single points of failure, and automate manual processes with engineering teams.
What we're looking for
- Experience in treasury operations, payment operations, or reconciliation at an e-money institution, payment institution, or bank.
- Hands-on knowledge of payment rails such as SEPA, SWIFT, and card schemes.
- Experience resolving payment incidents involving banks, schemes, and internal teams.
- Experience designing or rebuilding payment funds flows, including accounts, postings, safeguarding, and reconciliation.
- Ability to turn manual work into documented and automated processes in collaboration with engineers.
- Strong understanding of segregation of duties and audit readiness.
- Fluent English.
