What you'll do
- Own vendor KPIs and SLAs across quality, efficiency, compliance, and cost.
- Analyze vendor data, identify root causes, and share actionable insights.
- Optimize CRM workflows, reporting, and data accuracy.
- Plan scalable operations and align vendor capacity with forecasts.
- Lead vendor business reviews and document improvement plans.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure contractual and security compliance.
- Identify and mitigate vendor operational and compliance risks.
- Coordinate with internal teams and update senior leadership on vendor performance.
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in vendor management, supplier relationships, or outsourced operations.
- Experience managing vendor performance in a high-volume, global environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data tools; SQL proficiency preferred.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, especially Salesforce, and sales enablement tools such as MixMax and Gong.
- Understanding of contact center operations, quality assurance, and Lean or Six Sigma methods.
- Strong communication, stakeholder influence, and project management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in technology, travel, or the gig/sharing economy.
- Familiarity with two-sided marketplaces and host/guest support.
- Experience launching programs or establishing vendor operations from scratch.
