  • Develop executive relationships with key partners and establish new strategic partnerships
  • Create programs and incentives to drive multi-product cross-sell through partners
  • Build partner go-to-market motions for product categories beyond email security
  • Lead Public Sector channel strategy and partner relationships
  • Build and scale a high-performing global channel organization
  • Align channel plans with Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership
  • Establish channel metrics, forecasting, and executive reporting

What we're looking for

  • Experience designing partner programs that drive multi-product adoption
  • Experience with Federal and SLED Public Sector channel dynamics

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling channel motions for newly launched product categories such as AI-native security, identity, or SOC automation
  • Experience with Federal channels and large-enterprise partners
  • Familiarity with MSP/MSSP partner motions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
