What you'll do
- Find, recruit, onboard, and retain VIP traders and HNWIs across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore
- Build relationships through industry networks, referrals, events, and inbound interest
- Negotiate VIP terms within programme guidelines
- Serve as the main point of contact for VIPs and coordinate with Support, Product, Marketing, and leadership
- Host and attend VIP gatherings across Greater China and the wider region
- Share trading behaviour, competitor, market, and product insights with Product
- Adapt VIP materials and communications for Mandarin-speaking audiences in line with Legal guidance
- Track and report pipeline, volume, fees, and retention
What we're looking for
- Experience in VIP, account management, or business development in crypto, exchanges, brokerages, or fintech
- A credible network among Mandarin-speaking high-volume traders, HNWIs, or communities, or a track record of building one
- Native Mandarin and strong professional English
- Understanding of regional market dynamics and how traders and HNWIs compare offerings
- Comfort working toward volume, fee, and deposit targets
- Solid knowledge of on-chain trading and DeFi
- Sound judgement on local regulation and comfort working with Legal guidance
Nice to have
- Cantonese, Japanese, or Korean language skills
- Experience hosting private events or community gatherings in the region
- Ability to turn customer feedback into clear product requirements
