Lead global marketing and build Sona’s US marketing presence, turning early traction into scalable pipeline. Own positioning, brand, and vertical messaging for a complex workforce-management platform, partnering closely with sales and the CEO.

The team

GTM and Marketing; lead the existing UK marketing team of six and build the US marketing function.

What you'll do

• Own global marketing strategy, positioning, and budget.
• Build the US marketing function, brand, and pipeline engine.
• Develop top-, middle-, and bottom-of-funnel strategies.
• Create vertical-specific messaging, with a focus on US hospitality.
• Drive pipeline through ABM, field marketing, events, content, and partnerships.
• Partner with sales leadership across the UK and US.
• Lead and develop the UK marketing team while scaling US operations.

What we're looking for

• B2B SaaS marketing experience with enterprise or mid-market sales motions.
• Strong product marketing and category-framing skills for complex, multi-product platforms.
• Experience building or scaling a marketing function through growth from 8- to 9-figure ARR.
• Strong judgment in US B2B marketing, including brand and pipeline development.
• Proven ability to develop and stretch a team.

Nice to have

• Hospitality-sector experience or a track record of quickly learning new verticals.
