What you'll do
- Lead the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, development, compensation, performance, retention, and engagement
- Shape scalable people programs, organizational design, and talent strategy
- Strengthen remote culture and the systems that support collaboration
- Define and report on people metrics, using data to guide decisions
- Apply AI to improve People team workflows and help employees work more effectively
- Set planning, prioritization, and execution rhythms for the People team
What we're looking for
- Experience leading People at a scaling B2B SaaS company with $30M–$150M ARR
- Experience guiding an organization through a growth stage and changing ways of working
- Hands-on HRBP experience and strong business-partnering skills
- A clear perspective on how AI can advance people practices and team effectiveness
- Strong communication, empathy, accountability, and remote-work skills
- Comfort balancing performance goals with long-term vision
