Workday Senior Analyst

About this role

Own and configure Baseten’s Workday tenant, joining during implementation and taking over administration after go-live. The role covers HCM configuration, security, reporting, data loads, release testing, integrations, and payroll support.

What you'll do

• Configure Workday business processes, security, reports, calculated fields, and tenant settings
• Build and run EIB data loads for updates and audits
• Manage twice-yearly Workday releases, including feature evaluation and regression testing
• Take ownership of the tenant at go-live after shadowing the implementation
• Monitor integrations and troubleshoot issues with IT and vendors
• Support payroll configuration with Accounting and the payroll provider
• Resolve system requests and mentor People team members

What we're looking for

• 6+ years administering a live Workday tenant in-house
• Deep HCM experience with business processes, security administration, and Report Writer
• Fluent with EIBs and end-to-end data loads
• Experience shipping and testing multiple Workday releases
• Hands-on configuration approach and clear written communication

Nice to have

• Workday Payroll configuration experience
• Workday Benefits configuration experience
• Workday Absence Management configuration experience
• Workday Pro or similar certification
